Can’t afford care but need support urgently?
Our Bridging the Care Gap initiative is designed to support individuals and families who need care now, but are facing delays, financial pressure, or are waiting for funding decisions.
Support Available Includes
✅ Personal Care – washing, dressing, hygiene support, continence care, morning/evening routines
✅ Medication Support – prompts, reminders, assistance with taking prescribed medication
✅ Companionship – friendly reassurance, emotional support, reducing loneliness
✅ Shopping Assistance – groceries, picking up prescriptions, essential errands
✅ Light Housekeeping – tidying, laundry, washing up, basic home support
📌 This service is offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on urgency and availability.
If you need help urgently, contact us today, we will listen, assess, and act quickly where we can.
In urgent situations, we may be able to contribute towards the cost of care temporarily, so you can get the support you need while longer-term arrangements are put in place.
